Özet

A type 1 diabetic patient with Ulnar Groove syndrome. In this study, a 22 years old type-1 diabetic patient with 16 years of diabetes is presented by reason of the acute onset ulnar mononeuropathy following diabetic ketoacidosis. It is known that 94 % of patients with mononeuropathy are older than 40 years. Because of this, factors affecting development of diabetic mononeuropathy in this patient who has no other diabetic complications are discussed.
