Abstract

Investigations on the morphometric characters of basins facilitate our understanding regarding many issues about the structure of the earth's crust, the life of earth and the related factors and processes. Those quantity-based studies that ensure provision of more concrete data about the fluvial process in the basins that are shaped by the rivers make it possible to generate more consistent and well pointed interpretations. In this context, some morphometric characteristics were identified in Sehir Creek Basin. The issues pointed by the data obtained in this manner were assessed to analyze and interpret basin morphology.
