Abstract

Malignant bone and soft tissue tumors are rare diseases that commonly require complex reconstruction following wide resection. The reconstruction may be biologic or non-biologic (endoprosthetic). Each has its own advantages and disadvantages and has some common and unique complications. This chapter focuses on cases of biological reconstruction and the encountered complications, as well as their management.
