This study explored the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction among banking employees. Sample of study was consisted of 134 employees gathered via non-probability sampling methods. Work-life balance and job satisfaction were measured by using work-related quality of life (WRQoL) scale which developed by Van Laar et al. (2007). Thereby, participants completed demographic questionnaire and WRQoL scale. Using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS version 20), descriptive statistics were calculated to report the demographic variables and then regression analysis was performed. Empirical results reveal that work-life balance increased job satisfaction. In the other words, work-life balance has a significant positive effect on banking employees’ job satisfaction.
