Timetabling is always an important issue for systems. Timetabling process performed manually until the development of technology has gained increasing importance with the development of information technologies nowadays. It is observed in the studies in the literature that timetabling process performed by using information technologies increases the effectiveness of systems greatly according to timetabling process performed manually. The aim of this study is to be performed of the solutions of the exam timetabling problems both quickly and effectively. With this aim, the first part of the proposed integrated technique is constructed by using expert systems. Then, the second section of the proposed integrated technique is constructed by using genetic algorithms. Toronto University Benchmark dataset is applied to the proposed integrated artificial intelligence technique to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
