Özet
The recent Act to Combat Right Wing Extremism and Hate Crime added a qualification to the offense of insulting, among otherthings, the expression through public dissemination ofthe insultingcontent. In doingso, the legislature focused its attention on the particular harm insults of insults within social networks can cause. The article takes this reform as an opportunity to address the relevance of the dissemination of defamatory opinions in social networks through the use of the interaction buttons inherent to social networks ("like", "share", "comment" etc.).
