Abstract

Objectives: This study investigated whether diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values provide specific information that allows the diagnosis of solid or predominantly solid gynaecological adnexial lesions, especially whether they can discriminate benign and malignant lesions.
