Özet

In this study, we present our cases with obstetric palsy sequela whom did not have any surgical treatment before and our results after correction of the shoulder abduction and external rotation deformities with a method similar to Hoffer's tecnique. Our patients achieved %78 gain for abduction and %285 gain for external rotation.we can comment that secondary procedures can increase both abduction and external rotation in the cases whom have been followed by physiotherapy without early microsurgical treatment.
