Özet
Our study focuses on the students of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University during the 1946-1947 academic period and on the content of the four-year education provided to them. At the outset, the purpose of the study is presented, followed by an introduction of the documents and legislation examined within its scope. After setting forth our findings regarding the students enrolled in the Faculty and their distribution according to various criteria, comprehensive explanations are provided concerning the curriculum, academic staff, and the education and examination system of the relevant period. Finally, after a general evaluation concerning the subsequent fate of the students of the mentioned period, the study concludes with several exemplary portraits of selected graduates. It should also be noted that, throughout this study, occasional comparisons are made with the students and the education of the 1933-1934 period of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University.
