Abstract

AimOlive leaf (Olea europaea L.) extract (OLE) is a powerful anti-oxidant rich in polyphenols. As oxidative stress plays an important role in aging, we investigated the effect of OLE on oxidative stress in the liver, heart and brain of aged rats.
