This study have an intention of examining narrative-space of 'The
Lord of The Rings' movie's. First, examines the nature of the 'Middle
-Earth' by analysis Tolkien's original. Next, examines the narrative-m
eaning of the 'middle-earth' by movie analysis. As a result, the study
said, 'Middle-Earth', this is a conflict in space, good and evil. As suc
h, the narrative of 'The Lord of The Rings', said the humans universa
l issue through fantastically implemented space.
'Middle-Earth' is a virtual space, but is not a substitute for real sp
ace. There is another real space, reconstructed more clearly expose
a reality. So, as 'The Lord of The Rings' narrative was able to have t
he power. None other than 'Middle-Earth' by set.
