Özet

The purpose of this study is to investigate that how the broadcasting policies of the Turkish media related toTurkey-European Union relations affects on attitudes and opinions of the readers. While the establishment and expansion of the EU allocated in the first part of the study, Turkey-EU relations allocated in the second part of the study. Third part is based on taken as samples newspapers' related articles which published in 2016, as well as the results of the questionnaire on the readers. At the end of the study, the effects of media messages on the attitudes and opinions of readers were evaluated with the help of the relevant mass communication theories.
