Muhtar Buğra 1965 yılında Uygur Özerk Bölgesi'nin Atuş şehrinde dünyaya geldi. İlkokul ve lise eğitimini Atuş'ta tamamladıktan sonra Urumçi'ye yerleşti. 1985 yılında Şinciang Radyo Televizyon Kurumunda stajyer olarak çalışmaya başladı. Şu an Şinciang Televizyon Kurumunda başyönetmendir. Günümüzde Uygurlar arasında önemli senaristlerden biri olarak pek çok başarıya imza atan Buğra, şairliği ile de kendisinden söz ettirmektedir. Buğra’nın çocuk şiirleri, onun edebî kişiliğini oluşturan önemli eserleri arasında yer alır. “Çöçekler Ailesi” (Masallar Ailesi), “Qéri Bala” (Yaşlı Çocuk), “Çömüle Bala” ( Karınca Çocuk) başta olmak üzere yüzden fazla çocuk şiiri, Çağdaş Uygur Edebiyatının günümüzdeki çocuk şiirleri için örnek niteliği taşır. Çalışmamızda; şairin 2005 yılında yayımlanan “Qum Pesli” (Kum Faslı) adlı şiir kitabında yer alan çocuk şiirlerini incelemeye çalıştık. Amacımız, Çin’deki Uygurlara ait çocuk edebiyatının günümüzdeki şiir türü için bir örnek tanıtmak, çocuk şiirlerinin çocukları bilinçli yetiştirmek açısından ve çocuk edebiyatı açısından değerlendirilmesine katkı sağlamaktır. Çalışmamızda dokümanlara yönelik nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanarak, Buğra’nın çocuk şiirleri üzerinde içerik analizi yaptık. Evrensel değerler olan vatan sevgisi, öğretmen sevgisi, anneye sevgi ve saygı, gelenekler, yetimlik üzüntüsü, sevinç, dilek ve umut, çalışkanlık, isyan gibi temaların işlendiğini tespit ettik. İşlenen temaları başlıklar halinde konuyla ilgili alıntılarla destekleyerek sunarken, şairin çocuk şiirlerini idealleri için yazdığına dikkat çekmeye çalıştık.
Muhtar Buğra was born in Atuş city of the Uyghur Autonomous Region in the year 1965. After completing his primary school and high school education in Atuş, he has settled in Urumqi City. He started working as an intern in the Xinjiang Radio and Television Association in the year 1985. He works as the chief director in the Xinjiang Radio and Television Association at present. Buğra, who has realized and performed a lot of successes as one of the most importantdirectors among the Uyghur people today, is being also mentioned by means of his poetry. The child poems of Buğra take part among his important works which constitute his literary personality. More than a hundred children poems particularly as “Çöçekler Ailesi” (Family of Tales), “Qéri Bala” (Old Child), “Çömüle Bala” (Ant Child) are considered exemplary for the today’s children poems of the Modern Uyghur Literature. In our study; we tried to examine the children poems which take part in the poetry book titled “Qum Pesli” (Season of Sand) which was published in the year 2005. Our intended purpose is to introduce an example for the poetry type today for the children literature belonging to the Uyghur people living in China and also to make a significant contribution to the evaluation of the children poems in terms of growing the children with a certain awareness and also with regard to the children poetry itself. We have performed the content analysis on the children poems of Buğra, by means of using the qualitative research method as directed at the relevant documentation in our study. We have determined that the themes depicted include the love for homeland, love for teacher, love and respect for mother, traditions, sorrow for orphanhood, joy, desire and hope, hard-working and rebellion which could be deemed as some universal values in the end. While presenting the themes depicted by means of supporting them with the quotations relating to the subject in question with headings, we also tried to attract attention to the fact that the poet wrote the children poems for his own ideals
