Abstract

In archeological studies, the buried objects have to be taken out the ground with minimum distortion to the other historical areas.  So image processing is very important and easy to apply for the data obtained from real data.  In our case, we study on real data of Sivas-Altinyayla region.  The geo-radar datum is formed by 500 MHz antennas with 0.5 meter between antennas.  We applied Markov Random Field (MRF) to this area.  MRF is a stoachastic model where neighbourhood and quantisation levels are optimised simultaneously.  MRF needs no training.  It is shown that the output of MRF matches the real data.
