Nervus Alveolaris İnferior-Tooth Relation in Third Molar Surgery

Özet

Gömülü mandibular üçüncü molar dişlerin çekimi oral ve maksillofasiyal cerrahide en sık yapılan operasyonlardır.Ancak, bu operasyonlara bağlı görülen bazı komplikasyonlar vardır.Bu komplikasyonlardan bir tanesi, disestezi ve parestezi ile sonuçlanan, inferior alveolar sinirin zarar görmesidir.Bu komplikasyon genellikle diş kökleri sinirle direk ilişkide olduğu zaman görülür.Bu çalışmada mandibular üçüncü molar dişle ilişkili dentigeröz kist olgusu sunulmaktadır.İnferior alveolar sinir diş kökleri ile direk temasta olup hatta mesial kökün içinden geçmekteydi.Kist enükle edilerek patolojiye göderildi.Diş sinire zarar vermemek için parçalara ayrılarak çıkarıldı.

Extraction of the impacted mandibular third  molar  is the most common operation at oral and maxillofacial surgery.However,there are some complications depending on this surgery.One of these complications is damage to the inferior alveolar nerve,resulting dysesthesia and paresthesia.This complication usually occurs when the root of mandibular third molar is in direct contact with the nerve.Our case is a dentigerous cyst associated with mandibular third molar.Besides, inferior alveolar nerve, in direct contact with the roots, even passed through the mesial root.The cyst was enucleated and the specimen was sent to pathology for histopathological examination.The tooth was removed by splitting into pieces to avoid damage the nerve.
