Abstract

Introduction Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase-1 (ERAP1) protein is highly polymorphic with numerous missense amino acid variants. We sought to determine the naturally occurring ERAP1 protein allotypes and their contribution to Behcet's disease.
