Özet

Recurremt aphthous stomatitics(ras) is one most common oral lesions. Chilinicslly these lesions are presented in three forms minor major ulsers. UTtHE aetiology of the lesuion is still unknown .However sensitivity to foods, hormonal disturbance , trauma viruses, and systemic diseases (Crohn diseases alcerrative colitis coeliac disease behect syndrome) are associated with Ras aetiology Moreover there are report that patients sulfer from aphthous ulsers after stop smoking and in patienty who had experince Ras while smoking had higher prevalence of Ras .Inthe present study we evaluated 164 non smoking RAs patient retrospectively. we present results 100 female major aphous stomatics were exidemt 3 our both minor major form.Patient were also evaluated eliminate symdrome 4 our found positive. When screening observed 33% of the patient anemia .Also men and working patient group found to higher RASD(p<0.001).We minor stomatics most form RAS and femalr was male. The RAS in female patient have been effect from defencies, and male patient stess of bussiness to be leading cause.
