Abstract
In allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
(allo-HSCT), chemotherapy given before transplantation sometimes leads to
gastrointestinal epithelial damage (HR), which consists of radiotherapy, and
disrupts the intestinal microbiota balance. In our study, microbiota analyzes
of patients and donors who underwent allo-HSCT were performed. The relationship
of the existing microbiota flora with the development of engraftment and GVHD
and the relationship between the microbiota and HLA tissue groups were
examined.
Allojenik hematopoetik kök hücre naklinde (allo-HKHN) nakil
öncesi verilen kemoterapi bazen birlikte radyoterapiden oluşan hazırlama rejimi
(HR) gastrointestinal epitel hasarına yol açarak intestinal mikrobiyota
dengesini bozmaktadır. Çalışmamızda allo-HKHN
uygulanmış hasta ve vericilerinin mikrobiyota analizleri yapılmıştır. Mevcut
mikrobiyota florasının engrafman ve GVHH gelişimi ile mikrobiyotanın HLA doku grupları
ile olan ilişkisi incelenmiştir.
