The aim of this article is to examine the relationships between several supporting factors and the job satisfaction of remote workers. A review of the literature revealed the existence of several factors directly impacting on the job satisfaction of remote workers. However this claim has not been objectively tested yet on Turkish remote workers. Hence a sample of 86 remote workers, from one of the largest pharmaceutical companies of Turkey, was surveyed and the results analyzed using Pearson’s correlation are discussed. All tested factors were found to have influence on the job satisfaction of remote workers. The antecedent factor that is found to be most strongly related to the job satisfaction levels of the respondents is the support of their supervisors. Co-workers’ Support, Self-efficacy, and Technical Support follow the supervisory support with decreasing but still significant correlation coefficients.
