Özet

Premature menopause in young women is associated with an increased incidence of cardiovascular disease. The present study was designed to determine vitamin D (vit D) and the coagulation parameters such as activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), PT, D-dimer, white blood cell (WBC), and mean platelet volume (MPV) levels, in primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) patients and control women with a normal menstrual cycle.
