Abstract

Nano-scaled zinc oxide combs/ribbons, nanorods, nanorods with sharp needle-like tips and hexagonal-shaped nanoparticles have been synthesized by using vapor liquid solid (VLS) growth technique under different growth conditions. Morphologies of the obtained nanostructures were examined by using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) techniques
