Özet

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of atrial fibrillation and mitral stenosis on the pulmonary venous flow and its revolution with spontaneous echo contrast and thrombus. 43 patients with mitral stenosis and atrial fibroblasts were evaluated. Mitral stenosis and atrial fibrillation decreased PV systolic peak flow (PF) and velocity time integral (VTI) without affecting diastolic flow. Cases with spontaneous echo contrast or thrombus had decreased PV systolic PF and VTI, decreased diastolic PF, and unchanged diastolic VTI. The examination of PV flow patterns can in form on left atrial hemodynamics.
