In this paper; we obtain a new sufficient condition for the existence of a stable equilibrium point in the total saturation region for nonsymmetric cellular neural networks (CNNs). It is shown that if the sum of the elements of each row of the feedback matrix is greater than one, a nonsymmetric CNN posseses a stable equilibrium point in the total saturation region.
