As a result of cultural interaction, there is an exchange of vocabulary between the languages. If in the early centuries with the adoption of Islam in the Turkic languages ??Arabic and Persian words began to appear in abundance, then the influence of the Russian language was noticed during the period of the language policy of the Soviet regime. In this context, the Russisms entered the Turkic languages ??of Central Asia also as foreign elements. In time, these words were adapted to the Turkic, both phonetic and morphological. In this study, we research how Russian words, in particular terms or professions, were adapted in Uzbek vocabulary. Since many foreign words entered the Uzbek language through the Russian language, they were perceived as Russisms, although there is not much difference in the adaptation of foreign words in the Uzbek language to both Russisms and other foreign words. In this context, the so-called "Russisms" accepted the Turkic endings which penetrated the language in the earliest centuries.  We found 138 borrowed words from the Russian language, from which the 146 names of professions were formed in the Uzbek language. For example, biblioteka + chi 'kütüphaneci', plakat + chi 'afişçi, afiş ressamı', skripka + chi 'kemancı' and so on.
