Digital Elevation Model makes it possible to display and model all the analyses concerning the surface and topography. Thanks to available information on elevation, it is possible to create new data, carry out evaluations about the study area that would not otherwise be possible through two-dimensional image and to determine the structure of the area. Therefore, it has found a vast scope of application today. Data sources of Digital Elevation Model are the ground measurements, photogrammetry, remote sensing and available topographic data which are digitised for this purpose. In this study, digital elevation model that has been obtained after having digitised available topographic maps has been merged with remote sensing data and a topographic map of 115000 scale, In the areas where the land-use tends to change fast, evaluation of the threedimensional land classes have been made on the multitemporal data. Test areas used in the classification were determined by means of aerial photographs. Consequently, advantages and disadvantages of the process where the land-use classes are evaluated through digital elevation model created by having merged, with the remote sensing data, the land-use classes that had been previously assessed two-dimensionally.
