Abstract

A supernumerary root located distolingually in mandibular molar teeth is called radix entomolaris. The aim of this case report is to inform clinicians of epidemiological and anatomical characteristics of the radix entomolaris, and to discuss the clinical consequence of its in root canal therapy.
