Bu çalışmada Kur’an-ı Kerim’in ilgili ayetlerinden ve Allah’ın Elçisi’nin yaptığı Veda Haccı’ndan hareket ederek Müslümanların zihninde yapılması zor bir ibadet olarak tasavvur edilen hac ibadetinin, özellikle de bu ibadetteki yasak davranışların incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir.
Çalışmamız giriş, üç ana bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, konunun amacı ve kapsamı belirtilerek bu ibadetle ilgili daha önce yapılmış olan çalışmalara değinildi. Birinci bölümde, hac ibadeti ile ilgili genel bilgilere yer verilerek bu ibadetle ilgili kavramlar açıklandı. Ayrıca hac ibadetinin yapıldığı mekânlar kısaca tanıtıldı.
İkinci bölümde, hac ibadeti ile ilgili ihram yasakları, Kur’an’la sabit olanlar ve Sünnetle sabit olanlar şeklinde iki kısımda incelenerek tespit edildi.
Çalışmamızın üçüncü bölümünde, tavaf, sa’y, vakfeler, ihsar ve hac ihramının feshi konuları ve bunlarla ilgili yasaklar incelendi.
Sonuç bölümünde ise, tezimizde tespit edilen yasaklar ve sonuçlar özet olarak verildi.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS DURING HAJJ
The main theme of this study is to research the Hajj (Pilgrimage) which is one of the main worships in Islamic religion, and is generally perceived, in the mind of Muslims, as a difficult holy responsibility. The study is based on the Qur’anic verses and Prophet Mohammad’s (Peace be upon him) speech at his last Hajj visit in Mecca.
The study consists of an introduction, three main chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the purpose and the scope of this study are established, and previous literature on Hajj is examined. In the first chapter, general information on the ritual of Hajj is provided and general concepts are explored. Besides the Hajj locations are introduced.
In the second chapter, prohibited activities while wearing Ehram are presented and examined in two parts as determined by the Qur’an and Prophet Mohammad’s practice.
In the third section, tawaf, sa’y, waqfas, ihsar, and ehram as well as prohibitions related to these rituals are studied.
In the conclusion, the prohibitions related to Hajj and findings of this dissertation are summarized.
