Abstract

Enlargement of preexisting pituitary adenomas during pregnancy is well documented, but this phenomenon is unusual for nonendocrine pituitary tumors such as craniopharyngiomas. Only six cases of craniopharyngioma have been reported as presenting during pregnancy.
