Özet

Knowledge about the efficacy of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) on schizophrenia comes from chronic patients and little known on young, first-episode patients. The aim of this study is to evaluate short-term and long-term efficacy of ECT in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
