Health technologies have become essential tools for both users and healthcare professionals in modern healthcare systems. These innovations enable real-time health monitoring, fostering proactive and personalized care. For doctors, such devices enhance diagnostic accuracy and streamline patient management. Meanwhile, users benefit from increased awareness of their health status, leading to improved well-being and preventive behaviors. This study examines user and physician perceptions of wearable health devices and applications integrated with them. By assessing the perceptions of both users and professionals, the research contributes to an understanding of the key drivers of technology adoption. The findings reveal that while users rate the benefits of technology highly, they are concerned about privacy and data security. Physicians, on the other hand, have significant concerns about the protection and sharing of data with third parties. The study highlights the need to reduce perceived risks and address users' security concerns for effective adoption of wearable health devices.
