Abstract

In today's knowledge-based business world which is becoming increasingly competitive as a result of the global tendencies, successes of corporates are being connected with their value creations beyond economic values. Among intangible assets of a company, reputation is distinguished as a very important factor differing a corporate from other ones. Companies take greater care to build and sustain the value creating reputation. In this respect, reputation management has become one of the important managerial functions of corporates. In Turkey, too, corporate reputation management has assumed great importance recently. This study is of a research on corporate reputation management among most favorable companies. This research concluded that companies are aware of the benefits and advantages their corporates obtain from reputation and has continually strived to improve their position in the market.
