Özet

Bu arastırma; Anadolu Oğretmen Lisesi Oğrencilerin Oğretmenliğe Yonelik Tutumları ve Meslek Secimini Etkileyen Faktorler Arasındaki Dliskiyi ortaya koymak amacıyla gerceklestirilmistir.Arastırmada betimsel tarama yontemi kullanılmıstır.Arastırma icin gerekli olan verileri toplamak icin Anadolu Oğretmen Lisesi Oğrencilerine anket uygulanmıstır. Oğrencilere oğretmenlik mesleki tutum olceği ve kariyer eğilimlerini etkileyen etmenler olceği uygulanmıstır. Elde edilen veriler faktor analizi, tanımlayıcı  istatistikler, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi ile test edilmistir. Arastırmada eğitim, guvenlik ve guc ile ilgili meslek secimini etkileyen faktorlerin oğretmenliğe yonelik tutumu olumlu yonde arttırdığı, basarma ile ilgili meslek secimini etkileyen faktorlerin öğretmenliğe yonelik tutumu azalttığı sonucuna ulasılmıstır.

This study is aimed to find the relationship among the Anatolian Teacher High School students’ attitudes aimed at teaching and the factors, which have an effect on the choice of profession. The descriptive survey method has been used in the research. According to this aim, a questionnaire is implemented to Anatolian Teacher High School students. In the questionnaire, profession attitude scale and the attitude scale of the factors that affect career tendency of the students. Obtained data was tested with factor analysis,descriptive statistics and correlation and regression analysis.In the research; the factors which have an effect on profession choice - education, security, and power –increase the attitude towards teaching. The factors about success decrease the attitude towards teaching.
