Abstract

Livestock farming is very important not only as part of the economy but also as a means to supplement essential protein sources for humans to maintain a balanced diet. Nowadays, these values have given livestock activities a multidimensional and complex form. Our study is based on cattle animal groups, of which water buffalo is a member. Water buffalo represent a special genre that deserves attention. In agricultural life, people have been taking advantage of the strength of the water buffalos at traction works. Raising water buffalo is drawing more attention due to the quality and rich variety of the local products associated with the livestock, such as yogurt, milk, cream and cheese.
