In this study, continuous body temperature monitoring de
vices for babies and children with its specifications are de
scribed. Body mounted measurement device transfers the tem
perature to the monitoring device or a mobile device with devel
oped software. When the temperature exceeds the user defined
minimum and maximum limits, the alarm will be active to warn
parents. Thus, the objective is to prevent babies from fever re
lated illness. This design also facilitates to observe body tem
perature from long distance such as rooms and garden. Both
devices consist of low power mikrocontroller, contactless tem
perature sensor, Bluetooth and graphical liquid crystal display.
