Özet

Pyrrolizidine alkaloid (Echimidine-N-oxide) was isolated from Symphytum sylvaticum Boiss. subsp, sepulcrale (Boiss, & Bal.) Grouter & Burdet var. sepulcrale and pyrrolizidine alkaloid (Echimidine) was isolated from Symphytum aintabicum Hub. - Mor. & Wickens. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated based on IR, EIMS, H-1, and C-13 NMR analysis and also on 2D NMR (COSY, HMBC, HMQC) experiments.
