Hakkımızda

Research activities of our group are on electrical, optical, and structural characterization and magnetotransport properties of novel semiconductor alloys, low dimensional semicoductors and electronic/optoelectronic/phononic devices based on conventional III-V alloys, highly mismatched alloys (HMAs), 2D TMDs, II-VI materials as well as synthesize/fabrication and imaging of nanostructures.
