05.05.1969 Kahramanmaraş doğumlu,

1986'da İstanbul Haydarpaşa Lisesi mezunudur.

1986 - 1992 İstanbul Tıp Fakültesinde eğitim gördü.

1993 yılnda İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk ve Ergen Ruh Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları ABD'de uzmanlık eğitimi aldı.

2003 yılında Doçent ve 2009 yılında Profesör ünvanı aldı.

Evlidir ve üç kız çocuğu bulunmaktadır.
