As the AQUAPOLL Research Group, we are delighted to announce the publication of our new book, Aquatic Resources in Food Security and Sustainable Food Safety, which focuses on the critical role of aquatic resources in food security and sustainable food safety. Published by Istanbul University Press, this work aims to contribute to the academic community and all relevant stakeholders as a key resource for discussing sustainable approaches in food production.
