Biography

Doç. Dr. Ayşegül Özbebek Tunç, 1984 doğumlu olup 2006 yılında Anadolu Üniversitesi İngilizce İşletme Bölümü’nden mezun olduktan sonra, 2009 yılında Marmara Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde Yönetim ve Organizasyon programında yüksek lisansını ve 2015 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde İşletme Yönetimi ve Organizasyon programında doktorasını tamamlamıştır. Bir süre kuyumculuk sektöründe ihracat alanında çalışmış, akademik kariyerine 2009 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi İşletme Bölümü’nde araştırma görevlisi olarak başlamış ve 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında Bentley Üniversitesi’nde misafir araştırmacı olarak bulunmuştur. Halen aynı fakültede Doçent Doktor olarak görev yapmakta ve lisans düzeyinde İşletmeye Giriş, Yönetim ve Organizasyon, Liderlik, Örgüt Kuramı ve Tasarımı ve Yönetimde Yeni Yaklaşımlar derslerini, lisansüstü düzeyde ise Liderlikte Küresel Perspektifler, Bilimsel Araştırma Yöntemleri, Örgütlerde Liderlik, Örgütler ve Yapıları, Seminer ve Nitel Araştırma Yöntemleri derslerini yürütmektedir. Temel çalışma alanı Yönetim ve Strateji olup Liderlik, Yönetim ve Organizasyon, Sürdürülebilirlik, Örgütsel Çiftyönlülük konularında çeşitli akademik yayınları bulunmakta ve Erasmus+ K2 kapsamında online eğitim konulu iki AB projesinde araştırmacı olarak çalışmaktadır.
