Course Description: Organizational Behavior (OB)
Organizational Behavior (OB) is the study of how individuals, groups, and structures interact within an organization. This course explores theories and applications that help understand and manage human behavior in workplace settings. It integrates concepts from psychology, sociology, and management to examine topics such as leadership, motivation, teamwork, organizational culture, communication, power dynamics, and change management. Through case studies, discussions, and applied learning, students will develop skills to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance employee well-being.
